Before I write more about it, let me thank all eDriven users on purchasing the package (and allowing me to spend more time with the framework).
This framework means a lot to me and you guys made it possible!
A bit of history
You probably know that this framework first started as the code-only framework, targeting a very narrow audience (experienced programmers only).
Then, after some time playing with Unity, I discovered that I could use the component hierarchy for holding the component information, and this is how the eDriven.Gui Designer was born.
This introduced eDriven.Gui to a much wider audience than I originally imagined.
A new price
Now, after more than a year on the Asset Store (pricing $250), I just thought this is the right time for fine-tuning the eDriven.Gui price.
So, I lowered the price to $200!
Note that the price of $200 makes it possible to purchase eDriven for only $100 during the Asset Store Madness or Daily sales (while eDriven.Gui is participating)!
I’d be happy to lower the price again in the future, as the audience grows and the number of users makes it possible!
I continue to work on the framework and hoping you’ll get the (big) update soon.
I’m also monitoring the development of the next version of native Unity GUI (solving the 3D and draw call count problems) and hoping I’d be able to wrap around it as soon as it’s public.
I encourage all the future eDriven.Gui users for going asynchronous and giving the free, evaluation version a try!
